Go to Profile >> My Bookings >> UPCOMING You can find your recent bookings under the UPCOMING section.

- Hit the My Bookings tab.
- Check the UPCOMING section.
- Click on the booking to want to check the current status of.
You'll see the status Accepted if the booking has been accepted or Pending if not accepted yet.
Usually, it takes 5-10 minutes to accept the same day bookings if made during the working hours. But sometimes if the bookings are made during mid-night hours, our salon partners are intended to accept it within the moment if they are available or they accept it sometimes early in the morning. Apart from that, you always get a window which mentions the average time of booking acceptance at that particular salon once you make a booking.
Yes, we at LOKACI always try to make your life convenient. We do send push notifications on booking acceptance. Also, you receive SMS and E-mail notifications on booking acceptance.

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received,the vendor confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the vendor receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the you chosen time-slot.
How can I deactivate my LOKACI account?
To deactivate your LOKACI account, follow these simple steps
1. Log into your LOKACI account
2. Go to My Account > Settings > Deactivate
3. Enter the password for your account
4. Choose 'Confirm Deactivation'.
At the LOKACI app home page, swipe right in the top menu bar and Tap on the ‘Coupons’ icon. The coupons can also be seen from the checkout page while making a booking.
Write the exact Salon name in the search bar. Tap on ‘Nearby’ on the top menu bar and locate your salon by location.
It might happen when the server is a bit busy wait for some time then try. It is ideal to book your appointment beforehand to avoid such problems.

How do I redeem a voucher code?
Here's how you can redeem your voucher:
1. Visit https://www.lokaci.com/voucher
2. Log in to your LOKACI account
3. Go to 'My Rewards' section
4. Key in the voucher code and click 'Validate'
Please keep the following points in mind while entering the voucher code:
1. Enter the voucher code manually and do not copy-paste it
2. Ensure there are no spaces between characters
Primary Balance: Users can use the full available amount from the primary balance.
Secondary Balance: Since it is earned by referring, you can use a certain % of the amount from the secondary balance on each purchase.
Any lokaci user can add money to the Lokaci wallet using multiple modes of payments provided by the payment gateway. These payment modes broadly are: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet Banking, UPI base platforms, Third-Party Wallets like PayTM, Amazon Pay, and other 20+ wallets.
Withdrawal of money from the LOKACI wallet is not allowed. Once the amount is added to LOKACI wallet, the user can't withdraw money to another bank account however the LOKACI wallet money is transferrable and the user can use it to send to their friends/family, etc, or can use for the future purchase on LOKACI & its partners' platforms.
Users can add up to 20k INR at a time to Lokaci Wallet. Each transaction is subjected to a limit imposed by the user's bank to be debited.
If money is not added to your wallet, wait for 5-7 minutes to receive the amount. If it is still not added, you can contact the LOKACI customer support. case of any error, the money is always guaranteed to be added within 24 hours.
25% of the total bill can be paid from the Secondary Wallet while the Primary Wallet is completely usable. Your money is always added to Primary Wallet. Money can be added to the Secondary Wallet by referral code.
Once the salon delivers your booking from the app, you will get your cashback.

One can be booked once at a time but can be booked again at a different time. Ideally, one account is for a single user only with only one account allowed per device.
